Inspired by Nordic culinary philosophies of simplicity, purity, and sustainability, Joseph created Jöey Nordic Seed Crisps!

Over the last 15 years, Joseph has worked for several global food and beverage companies such as Kraft, Unilever, Hershey, McDonald’s, and Mondelez International as a consumer strategist, understanding how and what consumers want to eat and drink. In August 2022, he launched his seed crisps at a farmers’ market in Prince Edward County. Fast forward a few months, Joey's Nordic Seed Crisps can be found at local gourmet and specialty food stores as well as top wineries. All ingredients are sourced from Canadian organic suppliers and farmers, handmade, and baked in small batches at a certified gluten-free commercial kitchen.

Joseph's mission is to create artisan gluten-free crackers that are tasty, versatile, culinary-inspired, and better for you with lots of nutritional benefits, not just empty calories.
