Jovial Foods was founded by Carla and Rodolfo, a husband-and-wife team passionate about food, farming, and tradition. Both raised in families of home cooks, they cherished food as a central part of their lives. After their daughter developed gluten sensitivity, they discovered einkorn, an ancient grain that became the solution to her food challenges. Realizing the benefits of einkorn for those with food intolerances, they launched Jovial to share this ancient grain with other families. As a small, family-owned company, Jovial remains committed to bringing good, healthy food to the table, rooted in tradition and love.
