Honey's was founded by Ashley Wittig, a passionate food entrepreneur with a background in baking. After co-founding one of Toronto’s favourite bakeries, Ashley turned her focus to creating the perfect ice cream—rich, creamy, and just as satisfying as its dairy counterparts. Named after her one-eyed potcake pup, Honey’s strives to create unique, joyful flavours that bring delight to every scoop.
